how frequently should I do these type of exercises? Is 2 times per week enough?

This video looks pretty awesome!! That dude is pretty big. What sport does he play. I play football and basketball. Can this type of training help me?

You can train this way up to about three times per week. Two times along with other types of training, say strength training would also be good, ideal really.
