I only caught some of it ;-) He says, "Are you guys going to see the movie?". The other guy asks him, "How was work today?" and Alex responds with "Oh, you were?", probably thinking he'd said, "I was working today". When the question is repeated, Alex says, "How was it? It was fantastic."

@hipsupbaby What Alex thought the guy said was, "I was working with her," and Alex replied, "Oh, you were?" What the guy actually said was, "How was working with her?"
