Here's a great summer time meal. I make two Kabob recipes, one super easy and one a little harder, both with chicken, beef and shrimp. You can just make one and use one meat if you'd like. Try the peanut sauce at the end. it's super yum.

  • there are a lot of things that I dont include in the final edit. I don't always include the hand washing but trust me, I do it.

    Vinegar 1/3 cup

    Sugar 2 Tbsps

    Salt 1/2 tps.

    3 Sliced cucumber

    1 Sliced Asian pepper

    2 Sliced scallions

    Cilantro for topping

    This side dish is like a salad help to balance strong meat and peanut sauce taste.
