  • Somewhere around here, a policeman noticed some kids doing this and actually set up a club for them in a local sports hall with pads and mats and stuff - which I thought was pretty cool. Keeps the kids out of trouble and stops them getting nasty injuries when their learning.

  • It rly pisses me off tht some ppl in this wrld r against parkour!!! Every time somebody says somethin like "hey, get down from there" be sure to tell them that they cannot stop the the freedom of movement!!!!

  • @CubaRicanBros defeneitly, people should respect l'art du deplacement, everyone is capable of it

  • @techfiend94, yes there is. When I started, I was 14, had little stamina and had to practice on my own. Practicing parkour also raises your stamina, believe me. Either get some friends/find a group to train parkour with, or find a place to train yourself. If you're dedicated to parkour, daily push-ups, sit-ups or pull ups will really help you build on that upper body strength. The key to parkour if to find your weaknesses and work on them. Hope this helped, if you need more help feel free to me

  • @ezio4life99

Your never to young I have 7 year olds in our parkour group and they are great you could be greater if you start

  • ive had to teach myself everything i know, ive had no help, no support, and only recently after 4 years had the chance to get money for a trainer, so yea...no excuse ,:j

  • @techfiend94 I'm also so skinny that you can see my rib cage when I suck in and you can see my shoulder blades poking out my back when my arms are forward.

  • I'm 14 (and I'm 6'3") I'm able sprint pretty fast but I just drop dead after about 30 seconds. I'm only able to jog for about 3 minutes before I'm breathing noticeably heavier. I don't have asthma but sometimes I think do. I have such little upper-body muscle that I can pop my shoulder out and slightly pull my hand out (it's kinda gross). Thank you for taking the time to read this, is there any hope of me doing parkour?

p.s. I also have an over protective mom...

  • Look up Founders Park in springfield mo i go there BADASS

  • Doing parkour in a gym kinda place or sports hall kinda sounds stupid, yeh perfect for beginning parkour but no way to just always do it there, parkour is meant 2 be used in the open environment its just supposed 2 be like tht.

  • @megaman00000011 The only bad thing in that if you young and parkouring is that young people's bones brake easier.

  • im 9 am I to young?
