Brooks Reed 6'3 262 pounds 17 sacks, 107 tackles, a great pass rusher, always getting pressure, his teammate Elmore had more sacks but Reed was double teamed more throughout his career, and still got pressure

and yes he can play olb, he is fluid/athletic enough to be in coverage as we saw during the senior bowl practices/game We all know he can blitz and play the run, and would be a monster standing up as a rusher. He was also a fullback in high school and was originally h-back/te at Arizona before switching to defense, so he has some experience on the other side which will help him covering.
