She talks cutting back on salt, replacing peanut butter with all natural peanut butter, replacing margarine with real butter, and replacing wihte sugar with brown sugar. • Very good,

  • also, as far as cheeseburgers and other temptations, I completely agree that they are not good for you. However, an occasional splurge is okay and keeps you feeling human. Another thing I've discovered is switching back and forth between shakes and solid fruit is better as well. I've added a lot more protein into my diet as well This has given me more energy and protein helps rebuild and repair your body. . My breakfast without a shake is a banana, yogurt with probiotics, two eggs and turkey.

  • @asiannationality Hey! This is Cynthia... I actually started using Raw Honey in everything in place of Brown Sugar. Noticed a huge difference. However the switch from brown to white was a good one before. White sugar gave me more anxiety and the crash seemed harder. I don't know why I never thought of raw honey. I've always loved it and it's actually healthy.

  • what a beautifull woman. my god............

  • anyone else fap to this?

  • There are actually more calories in brown sugar than regular granulated sugar, as brown sugar is made using regular sugar and combining it with molasses. So not only is there an extra element, but it is denser so you end up using more without realizing it.

And there is around 70 mg of sodium in an 16oz soda, compared to around 1000 mg in a double cheeseburger (depending on where you get it), not to mention a significantly higher calorie and fat count.
