@frizstyler Well since the driver violated a stop sign it was 100% his fault, but the good thing is that i didnt get hurt at all.

But what i want to point out is that, i belive if any1 pays even a lot of money for a good bike if think its a shame that there is no support at all and not only form commencal.

If you need an original part you have deal with the company that makes that particular part and NOT your bikes company.

So think again before buying an expensive one!!

@aceofsapdes lol i meant any kind of driver licence,this puts extra gravity to your claim to the police.

anyway, its really a shame for commencal not to have proper support yet,they are a quickly developing manufacturer and this is dumb of them.good thing you posted here,a lot of people see it and this can put pressure on the company's people

First of all i dont a license to drive a bike, second i have been paid for all the damages but the problem is that i was forced to use third party parts to restore the bike because the manifacturer does not have the original ones at all.

And as i been told this stands for all brands of bikes.. if you need to replace something, you simply can not find the same parts.

For example my front wheel was black and now i have a silver front wheel and black on on the rear :(

@aceofsapdes first of,did you call the police? especially if you have a driver licence+people seen that accident,the driver will be made to pay.ask a lawyer if you can easily do that in your country.

about the parts,you can contact the parts manufacturers if u want,see what they say

Well ok commencal are nice bikes but they dont support customers.

I bought to the vb premier bike some months ago and before three weeks got hit by car that violated a stop sign.

Did not get hurt but the bike was in a real bad shape.

The company has no parts in stock ( i emailed them) and also my local dealer told me nothing from the original setup can be found.

No front wheel ..no cassete ..nothing at all and must say this VERY bad. Replaced with other parts but this is not the same bike :(
