EXCITING ON BOARD ACTION with "Kai Ikaika Paddling Club" from Portland, Oregon, along with paddles from the United States and Canada as they race the Men's Dragon Boat open division in this very exciting semi. Kai Ikaika Men won this race by .2 and the final by only .5, some very tight racing.
