@DTia88 Probably not but you're wrong. Tamandua have a long history of being kept by natives. People have only kept hamsters and gerbils for about 60 years. Every species kept originally came from the wild. It's not the species but how they are cared for. She is healthy and happy so there is nothing wrong.
The wild is a myth. There is a patchwork of national forests, the rest is being destroyed or gone. Tons more are kill each year by roads, dogs, power lines, hunting than kept as pets
