argh, I do the handstand into the bridge part but my leg that's supposed to have all the weight just won't pull me round, if that makes sense?
I used to be able to do it as I was a gymnast but I havent done it for like 4 years so yeah.. x

I can do a backbend and stand up and I can land this with one foot in the air but I can't stand up?

hi, i just have a question. when i am going into the front walkover, i am doing it, but when i put my first foot down i don't get it over all the way enough, so i end up landing on my butt/back. how can i stop doing that? do i need more back flexibility? thanks.(:

I land really heavy on my feet and it really hurts, even with shoes. Plus I can't go one foot then the other, help please?:)
