Beautiful cat you have ,I had one just like it years ago, even the way it acts around the dog & its chatty personality is the same. lol He lived to be 20 yrs old :o)

USMI (urinary sphincter mechanism incontinence) is a condition Gerdie was born with. The brain cannot tell the body to "hold it in", and so she has to wear a diaper at times, and may have to for the rest of her life. She had surgery to correct internal deformities (i.e. a shrunken, squashed bladder) and I hope that as she matures, she'll get better & better. A calm home with a mom that loves her seems to make all the difference, as does eating a natural diet & having me home all the time.
