A Knights Tale's deleted scene of Mr. and Mrs. Chaucer appears at 2:12.
Special thanks to youtube poster jopicca who makes beautiful video tributes for Heath Ledger. The lovely picture in my video that is in triplicate is from her. One of her videos:

Note: I don't know why, but when I run this video on my MAC with iMovie, there are no glitches - the video runs smoothly. But here at Youtube there are glitches - mainly at the end where I have a picture of Heath hugging fans (which only plays here for a split second for some unknown reason) and then my photos of the beach and sky, one of which is completely left out, here. I apologize. I did try to fix the issues and have better transitions overall. I edited and re-edited and uploaded here four times. But this is it for this video. Disappointing for me, but I put my best effort forward and still ended up...well, with what looks like gaps in my presentation. Done with love, though.
By the way, if you have a chance, try listening to the dvd special feature Brian Helgeland and Paul Bettany Commentary On option. Two friends sit and talk about the movie from beginning to the end. I thoroughly enJOYed it, emphasis on JOY. During the commentary, Paul Bettany, the actor who played Geoffrey Chaucer and the director, Brian Helgeland, give interesting information. The bonus is they are a hoot together. I laugh every time to the same stuff and catch things I missed before.
Included in the commentary, is the fact that Heath met Brian on the street one night in Prague, the Czech Republic and told Brian that he had a better idea for the music for the dance scene. The song was supposed to be Get Down Tonight by KC and the Sunshine Band. Brian agreed with Heath that Golden Years by David Bowie was a better idea and thats what we have for eternity.
Brian also shares that Montgomery Cliff practiced for weeks and weeks so that he could just step into the sadles stirrup in one movement and mount the horse in the movie Red River. And Heath did it in his stylish graceful way in A Knights Tale - the first time he wears his new armour when he is being laughed at due to his new lightweight armour.
During this scene:
Mark Addy/Roland: If the nobles find out who you are, theyll be hell to pay.
Heath/William: Then pray that they dont.
Heath smiles. No, Heath lights up the screen and FLASHES a SMILE.
During this scene, the dialogue is:
Paul Bettany: Here...... a shot...
THERE you go ... WHAT a smile.
Brian follows that with: Errol Flynn.
A photo of this "Heath glowing smile" is at 9:01 in this video.
A couple other bits included:
James Purefoy (Paul called him James Puresex) was voted sexiest man in the film by the cast. And Rufus Sewell had some free parties.
Is it me or is Alan a redhead here....Ive never seen this..but I love Alan so I should go pick it up.

Alan is very funny and touching in this. You might like my other video with 3 deleted scenes from AKT - Alan plays a big part in the first deleted scene - there. And yes, that is red hair, here. Nice that you stopped by -Sandra
