i like bragg but he deserved what he got here- being a bit of an ass to scabies- who looked like he didnt appreciate being discarded by braggs superiority complex

@billybadbrakes agian billy , it wasn't set, bragg was right fucked off, the producers even more so... Wish they had they shot of Rat dumping Bragg in the pond..

@billybadbrakes To me, the cake bit doesn't look set up either. If you look at the clip 53 seconds into it, Rat threatens to smash it in Billy's face but backs off before actually doing it, so Billy knew what was coming when Rat did finally reach for the cake. That's probably why he removed his shades.

@samhain66 ..Can't agree about the cake bit, but must concede after that, it did seem to spontainiously escalate and Bragg did look a tad annoyed!! ..I think they should have settled it with a sword fence with their huge konks!!

Na billy but it wasn't set up, I'm standing behind them and watched the whole thing explode, it was pretty spontaneous stuff on the behalf of Rat, Mr Bragg was not best pleased

I'm not too sure, but it'll be '85 or '86. The Times listing for the edition of 'Bliss' from Friday, Sep 13, mentions stuff by the Damned, and says the agony aunt will be "Dave Vivian" [sic]...maybe Rat took over from Mr..er..Vivian, on agony duties.
Anyway, it'll be around that time.
