I think he should have had more songs per album from The White Album onwards. I know that before then he hadn't matured to L&M level. I have mentioned before, though not on this thread, that I don't think he was doing the same caliber work as J&P previous to 68.

I tend to agree with most of the sentiments posted so far.  For me the best song and track on "The White Album" is While my guitar gently weeps and the best song on Abbey Road is "Something." In fact "Something" might be the best love song The Beatles recorded.

Always my favorite Beatle. I Have 3 older siblings, so I grew up with The Beatles from birth. So, The Beatles split, and George has this massive backlog of unbelievable material that was pushed aside by the last Beatle offerings of John and Paul. The first album I ever bought was All Things Must Pass by George Harrison. I still remember how the price of his massive effort set me back at the time. 40+ years later, it's still, at the very least, among the 10 best albums I've ever had.
