30 GALLON HOCKMEYER MODEL HSC-11-30 MIXER - S/S

1 - used Hockmeyer model HSC-11-30 serial # 85-5889 sanitary 316 stainless steel 30 gallon dual action turbine/scraper mixer. Features fully jacketed tank with independently driven scraper and turbine agitators bridge mounted with dual post air over hydraulic lift. Vessel is 21.5in diameter x 24in straight side with dish bottom 1.5in center bottom discharge tri-clamp connection and flush temperature probe. Turbine mixer features dual 10in 45 degree-four blade agitators vertically adjustable driven by 3 horsepower explosion proof u.s. motors drive at 1735 rpm. Scraper agitator features hinge mounted teflon scrapers on bottom and side walls driven by explosion proof U.S. Motors 3 horsepower drive at 1735 rpm with Morse 30 to 1 gear reducer yielding final max speed of apx. 60 rpm. Vessel cover is built into mixer bridge and has 1/4 hinged cover for inspection or loading while operating includes pressure rated tank for lift post reservoir lift cylinders have billows style covers. Entire unit is skid mounted on stainless steel faced base plate. All drives also feature variable speed controllers. F.O.B. LOCATION
