This is the Official HangTight with MarC Warm Up Routine (Part 2). Most people think that stretching is a proper warm up. WRONG! You must warm up before you stretch. Your body is more prone to injury when stretching cold muscles prior to exercising. Once you warm up, then you are able to stretch. Check out the Warm Up below:
Optional: Walk / Run ½ a Mile, or 5-10 Minutes of Cardio
Reps:
10 High Knees
10 Glute kicks
20 Leg Swings (-10 Swings Forward & Back - 10 Swings Right & Left) --Hold on to something
20 Arm Circles (10 Forward Arm Circles & 10 Backward Arm Circles)
20 Big Arm Circles (10 Backward Arm Circles & 10 Forward Arm Circles)
10 Shoulder Stretch (5 Leans Right, 5 Leans Left)
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Scissor Jumps
10 Seal Jacks
10 Full Body Twists (5 Twists to the Right, 5 Twists to the Left)
10 Full Body Circles (5 Circles to the Right, 5 Circles to the Left)
10 Prisoner Squats
10 No Weight Good Mornings
10 Thumbs Up Deadlift (5 Right Leg Forward, 5 Left Leg Forward)
10 Overhead Lunge Stretch (5 Right Leg Forward, 5 Left Leg Forward)
10 Squat Jumps
5 Frog Jumps (Omit)
10 Leg Raises (5 Right Raises, 5 Left Raises)
10 Iron Cross (5 Right Tilts, 5 Left Raises Tilts)
10 Striders (5 Right Leg, 5 Left Leg)
10 Striders (5 Right Leg, 5 Left Leg) with Rotation

10 Wrist Circles & Head Nods
10 Side Step Lunge (5 Right, 5 Left)-Hold for 5 seconds
10 Cobra to Child Pose with Thumbsup
