@BTLemming Oh, that's because when you were a kid you were still innocent and real, down to Earth, etc... Now as an older person, you're fake, pretentious and egotistical. Probably a malgomaniac with serious personality complex. Or, your taste just changed with maturity. Go figure.
@alcoop1231 Did you mean to say "megalomaniac"?

"I Yam What I Yam" - isn't that what God said to Moses? Popeye is Jewish! of course.

It's one of those weird things for me.....I loved this movie when I was a kid, but I find it absolutely unwatchable as an adult. Go figure.

@textronox Co-sign. Some people say that 'Annie' or 'Oliver!' is their favorite musical but this will always be my all-time favorite.

@FireCheepCheep
Geezel never appeared in the cartoons - Fliescher or
otherwise - he was featured in the Thimble theatre
comic strip by Elzie Crisler Segar, who created
the townspeople first with their own adventures
and of the Oyle family before Popeye appeared.
After Popeye debut, he became so popular
that Segar changed the title to Popeye.
