1990 Irish Tarmac Rally Championship Review with Bertie Fisher

This was a specially commissioned recording which was broadcast at the 1990 Irish Tarmac Rally Championship prizegiving Dinner. As he states in the programme, Bertie Fisher, tarmac champion for 1990, was to be absent from the dinner hence the review by video programme. The piece was presented by Alan 'Plum' Tyndall and features archive coverage from his 'RPM' / 'Rally Ireland' programmes from the various rounds throughout the year.
