Map of the World

In the early 1990's, as a sysop in the photography section on Compuserv, I proposed a system in which photographers could trade postcard sized prints with one another. Throughout almost twenty years I maintained this list, sending and receiving handmade prints with many hundreds of photographers.

At some point I decided to keep a copy of each print I sent, a selection that makes up the images in this presentation. As I was able to communicate visually with photographers throughout the globe, I thought of the prints as a map of the world.
