I used a macro lens on my binocular gemscope to film my 25 year old Arnex skeleton pocket watch. It is a manual wind 17 Jewel movement.. You can see the ruby jewels. There are over 200 moving parts. It is fascinating to wonder how these tiny parts can be manufactured and assembled to actually be more than just an object of art. It tells the time of day and quite accurately too.

  • It is an Arnex that is about 20 years old. Perhaps you can watch ebay and pick up one there.

  • What's the name of this pocket watch? I've been trying to find a skeleton pocket watch that doesn't have the numbers on the glass at all (like yours).
