@gregapage Mate i dont see why you wont be able to apply at 24. Looking at the navy website (download the .pdf for warfare) it says age 17-25. Although this would be worth checking at your local AFCO.
Im currently in the 2nd year of a 3 year degree also, however i wish to continue to study medicine and be a medical officer in the RY. However, if that doesnt go to plan, warefare is my back up =D
I'm seriously interested in this job however I am worried about the age limit. I'm currently 21 and am in the 2nd year of a 3 year Uni course so I'll be 23 when I graduate and I have to redo my maths GCSE, got a D first time grrr >:( which will take another year. Can I apply when I'm 24? This is the earlist I'd meet the requiements?
you just need 180 ucas points and 5 GCSEs with grades A-C to b put up for selection so you'll be alright. but education doesnt mean that much you also need very good leadership skills as an officer. especially as a warfare officer

@marctb1 two of your GCSE's need to be English and Maths.

I want to do this as a job, i am able to do this with 11 GCSE's and 3 A levels, evuivelent to 270 UCAS points?
