Sometimes you just let the proper idea go and instead of it you put something that makes the audience feel the chill in the spine. If he had destroy the mountain, he wouldn't have to turn into super saiyan, wouldn't have to shout etc etc. I hope that's clear. Sometimes you just don't do the proper thing to make the audience happy. I'm studying all these on university :)
