The taunt should be patched in the coming weeks to match that KGB taunt. Crafted this baby on my second try.

It's a promo for Saints Row: The Third, along with the Cold War Luchador, and the Mark of the Saint misc items.

I booted up TF2 and i don't have these, even though i have a Saints row the third preorder. Do you really have to craft them? Don't you get genuines? (Like you are supposed to?)
