  • some1 tell me how to apply blur on moving text by using camtasia. Thanks

    in advance;)

  • @421saad To blur moving text, create multiple blur callouts, and place them over the text positions as it moves.

  • Hi, I was just wondering. Can you blur out moving objects e.g blurring out the face of a person while he/she walks?

  • @VergilX20 Yes, you can blur out objects in motion. In Camtasia, you'll have to add blur callouts to match the motion. In Sony Movie Studio, you can move the blur with keyframes.

  • hey bill i am using camtasia studio 7.1 . I cant drag the blur call out. It too small to drag it. The drag mark doesnt appear and I cant drag.Help me!

  • @machinam9gamer If the callout is too small on the screen, enlarge the callout by dragging the corners.

  • good tutorial, for something as simple as this, it is good for us beginners. Thank you :)

  • @LULZatRape You can't lock on an object, just a position. If the object moves, you have to add another blur callout as it moves. Sometimes I have to use several blur callouts if the screen moves quite a bit.

  • Awesome bro! Thanks for the tip. Been trying to find out how to do this. Rock on!!

  • @CPISGAY3 Callouts are one way to create text in Camtasia. But you can also import text graphics created in other programs (like photoshop), and use those as well. You can create lower third graphics, title graphics, video bugs and more using this technique.

  • I think callouts were the only text for this movie editor. that's why I didn't like it, if I'm not mistaken.

  • Just what I was looking for, Thanks
