MINDS-TV: The OWL @ American Express

Mr. Walls was called in by American Express (Blue Box) to speak on the topics Leadership, Organizational Politics, and Communication during a voluntary lunch break activity. There was STANDING ROOM ONLY!! Executives and front line emerging leaders stayed passed their time for lunch to participate in an exercise created by Darryl titled "The O.W.L. (One Word Leadership)." Everyone is broken up into random teams and they all must AGREE on the traits of a leader. This exercise has an immediate high impact on anyone and is FUN to participate in.
