  • IS THE chessie TRAIN SILL AROUND I HAVENT SEEN ONE IN A LONG TIME

  • Sadly, no. The Chessie System and Seaboard System railroads merged fully in 1986 to create CSX Transportation. Prior to 1986, CSX was just an "on paper" holding company between the Chessie and Seabord which started in 1980. Eventually, Chessie engines and cars were painted into CSX colors, finally, until now, where there are few freight cars still in Chessie paint, and only 3 locomotives, all of which are used in a remote "booster" engine capacity.-Jeffrey

  • Good job dubbing..cool train
