I laugh because seeing humanity fall under their idiotic management of themselves is the best joke,since they keep looking at themselves has the "ultra" race,has the "best" thing in creation and their pride in themselves is the only huge thing about them.
Imagining their faces when their entire civilization collapse-Is the punch line,and that is a heck of a fine joke =D

I don't get why all the people are laughing,It's their ass and their future and their fucked up country that he talks about,but if an alien would have seen this...it would invent the ability to laugh just for this special moment.
The logic that tells them to laugh instead of actually DO SOMETHING,is the same logic that has driven their entire country onto becoming the United States of Anti-brain.
