  • @GimmeKitty like, like, you know, or like.... yeah, like... of course like... like you know?

  • The x-factor that is never mentioned by people like Cristy is the leverage of being an attractive girl in an avante garde setting. You might be hanging out in the wrong crowd, come from an abusive home, or simply misdirected either voluntarily or involuntarily. But if you're hot, there is this buffer zone. People watch out for you, you always have a place to stay, and those places aggregate more stories which gain you more street cred...etc.

  • cristy road, fuck yea

  • This woman is too inarticulate.

  • She's very insightful and articulate in a streel level kind of way. I've never had a drug problem, but I had to study a lot about addiction in graduate school, and what she's saying resonates with what's currently understood about this. But, anyway, I totally am amazed by her work. A few years back I wrote her a letter and she wrote back on a torn scrap of mauve colored paper. It was so punk! I wish I still had it!

  • I liked this interview with Christy since I can identify being a recovering heroin addict and issues with trauma, etc. But, at the same time it was difficult to get through this interview with having to hear her constantly saying the word "like" after every two or three words. Where does this come from? It's fucking annoying as hell. I wish she could try to use better words to communicate than the constant "like, like, like". She's an intelligent woman and it's very distracting. Thanks. Respect.

  • i love that picture in the beginning of cristy on the toilet, amos mac was at the radar reading series tonight and that photo was part of the art show. sooo raaad.
