Hi Guys thanks for the comments. I can do the splits without a warm up but before I could do that my routine for the side splits was as follows. Frog stretch 3 times, half side split left and right side 3 times then I would be able to roll into the side split or the 180 position comfortably. I have always used the stretching as my warm up meaning I don't do anything else to warm up this works for me. I have always stretched from a cold position for great results. Respect Danny
