DNC Spokeswoman: 300 million people have donated to Obama

Barack Obama is outspending John McCain in many states several times over, since he dumped public financing for the more lucrative choice for the first time in election history since Richard Nixon. It certainly is paying off and the big bucks are rolling in.

However, DNC spokeswoman Karen Finney said that the people are all behind Obama's decision...literally. She said that 300 million people have donated to him, so either every man, woman, and child in the United States have donated money to him, or those stories alleging millions of dollars in illegal contributions to Obama from foreign countries are quite understated.

Interestingly, Obama is raising taxes on corporations while McCain is decreasing taxes on corporations. Neither really matter if corporations aren't paying taxes in the first place.

This begs the question. Why are corporations funding Obama?

So what he's raised that much money from people? She said the average donation is $86......don't try to say it's "contributions to Obama from foreign countries" when you don't know what the amounts are that people are donating by buying signs,stickers,buttons,etc.

No freaking way 300 million americans donated to Obama. It's more like a few wealthy Saudis and such have contributed several million dollars each to his campaign. Obama disabled credit card identification on his website and anyone from anywhere in the world can send him money without the transaction being able to be tracked. He's a complete, through and through fraud! PEOPLE WAKE UP!

False projection. How are people able to donate to Obama during this economic hardship? This is one of McCain's core problems as to why he is lagging in donations.

Either Obama is receiving donations from outside the U.S. or he is getting some major funding by corporations making a crap load of anonymous donations. They can fund in increments of $200 or less and no one would ever know because Obama isn't required by law to show the donors as long as more than $200 isn't donated by a donor.
