It's a flat top. But the hair was left slightly longer on the sides and back than a classic one. Maybe that's how they do it in Canada. I presume that all the "Oh Canada" haircuts were done up there.
BTW, that guy could do for union suits what Mark Wahlberg did for boxer briefs. :P
