Hamilton Bohannon must have a sixth sense or some kind of radar that helped him find the most outstanding female vocalists. On this LP, which was to be one of his last (no wonder, it was very different when it came out in 1989 and this track oozes old school Bohannon), Bohannon let Alltrinna Grayson shine. She'd previously sung on a huge hit with Wilston Felder and Bobby Womack called "No Matter How High I Get I'll Still Be Looking Up To You". Altrinna is very much active today, also in the Gospel vein. Love the near-annoying guitar hook, by the way. And of course, Bohannon's voice, unusually thin for an R&B artist, but perfect for the job;)
