A clunker with an HHO boost system would save the driver serious gas money, while getting him/her to more places. Able to spend spare money on the local economy, rather than on mostly imported oil, which no local really profits from. If Oil has a problem with that, they'd better offer product people WANT to buy, and are good for the environtment, CO2 being pretty irrelevant, but some nasty stuff comes from our non-HHO boosted exhausts.
When will the people protest? What's their threshold?

Funny stuff..."Peter Schiff on cash for clunkers" vid is pretty funny too explaining more or less the same.
There is a reason many people drive clunkers: they just cant afford more debt.
Not like they have a choice. ie. "Naw..i dont want that new camry. i dont want that new bmw..they just dont compare to the quality and elegance of my '85 Buick skylark with the broken front windshield". lol

LA riots (cleanup and repair 'stimulus')
