  • PEOPLE! I know a way to know if you are regular (left foot front) or goofy (right foot front). Just start walking. If the first step you did was with your right foot, that is probably your back foot, meaning that your left foot is your front foot (regular), is it's the left one, you're goofy. If you're like me and you change a lot your first step when starting to walk, that means that you're ambidextrous, so you just have to pick a stance. (I picked goofy).
