Simple ham in the crock pot

Simple no brainer receipe I use for a easy meal. Sorry I didn't show the end result the hubby worked late and didn't eat :(. But it will all heat up for another tasty meal this weekend.

Looks very good! Was pot on high or medium. I would like to try that with boneless chicken breasts. Any ideas? I had to laugh; we have the same crock pot! Thank you! Sue

Chicken would work too but you might want to season the breasts. I have another simple crock pot receipe for chicken breasts thats similar and easy. I ve been meaning to film it. If you put it in 8 hours give or take or would do medium/low. Half day I would do high. It's all about cooking the potatos. If you do them thin and layer in the bottem they cook quicker. I usually do many more potatos than this and add two cans of soup of choice. Thanks for your comment.
