I used to do tech support for a DSL ISP... that was mostly walking oldies through router config pages or Outlook Express setups... wouldn't do it again.
I now do IT support for a high school, which is resetting passwords, restoring work from backups, and plugging in Ethernet cables all day.
I wonder if there are any exciting or interesting jobs out there?
