Laurence Shahlaei challenged me to do 250kg rear squats for 20 reps. He set the mark at 16. I decided to step it up a notch and hit 260kg x 16. its tough but i think we need to do 300kg x 20

  • its hard to do 20 reps for you because you are not a "resistance athlete" . Probably your single on powerlifting style squat is 450 kg or so
