marinated and coal fire grilled NY Strip Steak served with some Black Bean Salad is just about as good as it gets around here at the pit. And this barbecue recipe is quick and easy to do, as shown by the BBQ Pit Boys.

  • always let your steaks rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking and BEFORE you cut into them

  • well done BBQ PitBoys.

The salad looks beautiful at the end; and it's about time you guys grilled a nice rare steak! Ain't no better way to have a striplion :)

  • I kneel before the greatness! Keep on rocking "Pit Boys"!

  • stirring with a knife?! What has cooking come too..^.^

  • Only thing I would have done different is soak the steaks in the marinade in a dish instead of just brushing them that way not wasting what he made.

  • @mju34 Yeah just like he said in the vid.

  • @jolrog02 Wow awesome, thanks for your reply! I really appreciate it. This makes me long for some real American meat. This week I had a steak that cost me 8 euros (so around $11, but not in a restaurant of course) for two thirds of a pound. But I guess the more meat is consumed the less it costs. Again, thanks for your reply!

  • @richardplug Prices vary, but here in Texas I can always find quality, bone-in strip steaks for less than $9 US per pound. Steaks this size should cost me no more than $11.50 US each...about 8.25 euros. You might pay more in other parts of the country and higher quality steaks (prime grade) will carry a premium.
