Large scale exercise of the 98th VDV Division (Russian Airborne) which involved the para-dropping of 30 vehicles (1st time since Soviet times) and the forcing of the river Volga. The new airborne BMD-4M and 'Sprut' 125mm assault gun were also trialled during the exercise.

It's an assault gun or light tank.
But the BMD-4M which is a APC, does have an 100mm gun-launcher
