Yes, that is correct.
Spigot Jaws usually come in long tower/nose shape and have grips on the outside area.

@paloarteinc Sorry, I do not know the names of the tools in english.But basically, the tool expands in a hole that was on the other side. Would this be correct?

seems like in the beginning it's on a spigot jaws - must have been borred enough to hold the blank tightly.
How exactly do you secure the piece?
