Recently the Chungdahm Institute in Seoul (an English hakwon) held team building exercises for its instructors.

A variety of challenges were set for groups of teachers. In this one, a person standing on the side had to guide two blindfolded team mates across a 'minefield' of sticky papers by telling them where to step. The first team to make it to the end receives 3 points but loses one point for every mine stepped on. The two teams started on opposite ends, resulting in an inevitable collision in the middle.
