I just learned of Shelby's passing & I know how sad I have felt throughout the holidays because we lost my dad just 2 weeks before Christmas. My parents were married for 63 years this past year & my mom said my dad was her best friend! I love how Chad Everett has stayed so down to earth after all these years & how he treasured his wife & they were best friends. Their story is so refreshing especially because you don't see that happen too often anymore. I am sorry for your loss Chad, God Bless

I just read my AFTRA magazine to find out that Shelby had passed away. I came to this site to seek what I already knew. She was a loving and loved human being and thereby while she will be missed physically, will live on spiritually forever. RIP

I can't begin to say how delighted I was to view all four parts of this wonderful interviewing Love Story of Shelby and Chad Everett. I grew up with Chad Everett's famous Medical Center series and other great shows and movies but Dr Joseph Gannon MD will always be my favorite. He was oh so young and so was I! The wonders of technology and computers can take us back and give a glimpse of people who have touched one's life and whom we feel connected too. Memories are always treasures THANK YOU
