  • Coming to think of it, this symphony is one of the loveliest pieces of music that Sergei Rachmaninov created. It is so indicative of aspects of life in the 1930s and it is so melancholic. I love this music and I think Maestro Leytush understands this symphony very well. I think he should record all Rachmaninov Symphonies and all of the Tchaikovsky and Shostakovich's symphonies, too. Thank you for uploading this performance. Lovely...
