if u alredy got this down then ok but i removed the other one it but if u alredy know what to do then u dont have to read it:go to petalburg infront of mayor kroops house and then get on a yoshi and run towards the little water stream and right when ur in the air turn back and if u did it right then u shud have gone underground and after a few seconds of falling u shud warp back up to the ground :) but i dont know if this is hard or easy to u but dont give up it took me a bazillion tries
