Founded in 2005 by Senior Baptiste Teacher Mark White, MBody Yoga is North and Central Floridas only Baptiste Power Yoga Affiliate Studio. With two locations- one in the Southside area of Jacksonville and the other in nearby Neptune Beach, MBody Yoga opens up the practice to anyone looking for a challenge.

Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will find a place for your mat at MBody. Our teachers are dedicated to seeing each student grow and facilitate a healthy environment for all to flourish. In addition to providing classes seven days a week, we offer many innovative and pioneering workshops, events and teacher training programs year-round.
