This is a great exercise for developing sprint speed. There is no better exercise to develop the specific strength of the hip extensors than a sled push or a sled pull. I actually like the new push sleds like the Drive Sled from Perform Better more than the old "belt" versions. Push sleds allow both pushing and pulling. Don't just drag the sled. Think about sprint mechanics. One key is to realize that the load is relative. This is turf. Rubber or asphalt requires less. weight.
