hi everyone- just to clarify- this was done many months ago when Switched at Birth was looking for a teenage girl with hearing loss to play Daphne and had not met Katie LeClerc yet. So they created a facebook contest asking for entries, but then they ended up finding Katie NOT from the contest, and never used the contest auditions. Julie is not saying at all that she would make a better Daphne because this was made a long time ago. We love the show. Hateful comments are not welcome here. Thanks!
