It means a globally witnessed historic event in human history was foretold in the Quran 1400 years ago, and it pinpointed the exact date and time, right down to the second that it actually occurred. No human being knows the future. Only the Creator of this universe would know the future. Thus, by default, the Quran is a revelation from GOD. Now, if you know something is from GOD, wouldn't you want to read it? For your own sake, you should.

Subhanna Allah! No human could do this. I have checked the verses and math and it all works out. Plus, the fact that it works with the Quran's order of revelation is uncanny. Praise GOD! Only GOD could author the Quran.

[QURAN 2:118] WE DO MANIFEST THE MIRACLES FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ATTAINED CERTAINLY.
[6:115] The word of your Lord is complete,* in truth and justice. NOTHING SHALL ABROGATE HIS WORDS. He is the Hearer, the Omniscient.
[6:116] If you obey the majority of people on earth,THEY WILL DIVERT YOU FROM THE PATH OF GOD. They follow only CONJECTURE; THEY ONLY GUESS

@mrahman1992. Well, the Quran says that Muhammad did not come with miracles, plus that GOD only manifest miracles for those who have attained certainty, which means NOT the pagan unbelievers. The question is do you trust Buhkari's rumors attributed to the prophet, or what actually came out of his mouth (the Quran)?
[QURAN 10:20] They say, "HOW COME NO MIRACLE came down to him from his Lord?" Say, "The future belongs to GOD; so wait, and I am waiting along with you."

@submitmj But it is described in the hadith that prophet Muhammad with the permission of Allah split the moon in two before the unbeleivers.
-
@mrahman1992 No, it does not refer to Prophet Muhammad. Some people think it does, but Quranically it is impossible. According to Quran Prophet Muhammad did not come with any miracles except the Quran itself. Furthermore, there are no contradictions in the Quran. So, if GOD says he did not come with miracles, than sura 54:1 does not and cannot refer to prophet Muhammad because GOD does not lie. We must trust GOD, not people's opinions
