So the kid isn't some musical child prodigy, but seriously, she's 8. She is holding the tune just fine. The fact that she has the guts to get up there and sing is amazing. There are plenty of famous singers who weren't amazing as 8yr olds. Just look at Selena Gomez - she is proof that hard work trumps natural talent. She can hold a tune, and I'm sure she worked hard for that. It's not like Selena is naturally gifted the way many of her peers are but she's just as successful due to hard work.
