    Well in the first spiderman movie, the green goblin kills himself with the glide while spiderman is there watching, in the second spiderman movie doc ock kills himself in the shack because his energy ball is too powerfull and once again spiderman is watching, and in the third movie Harry Osborn( the second green goblin) dies of poisoning while spiderman is watching and he defeats sandman and gets venom suit out of him, spiderman defeats his foes he does beat the main villian

    funny enough it's only DC related media that are jinxed (Superman actors and actress suffer some ill fate that leads to death now the new Batman Films are considered cursed Ledger Dies and some crack pot goes out killing random people cause he is stuck in his own fantasies, not to mention Bale's ranting got leaked out)
